Travelling the Coastline of Catalonia, Spain

I felt myself again as I boarded the train south because I love trains. It was a fabulous ride through the Pyrenees, dipping in and out of sight of the Mediterranean through the long stretches of forest and grasslands that bordered the coast. What was best, the train was almost empty. Bring food if you're planning the trip because there's nothing sold on board. I mistakenly wound up in Tortosa, although it was such a great little town, I didn't mind.

I stayed at the Hostal Virginia, which was right in the center of town, not too expensive and the restaurant downstairs served good food.
