Landmines - Cambodia
Landmines in Cambodia
Cambodia still has millions of landmines and unexploded ordnance buried in the countrysides, and most of the casualties are civilians. Some 40,000 people live as amputees. The areas around the tourist sites have mostly been cleared, but it's a good idea not to wander too far off the path, particularly in mountainous northern regions.

Trees Angkor Wat
I don't know what impressed me more - the temple ruins, or the trees that have grown over, through, and around them. I got a sore neck just looking up at the tops of them.
Richard who took me all over the place in Siem Reap. Many young men hung around at the guesthouses waiting for someone to take out for the day. This picture was taken the day after his brother-in-law died in a motorcycle accident. In spite of that, he kept driving the scooter with one hand and turning around to talk to me. I had to ask him numerous times to keep both his hands on the handlebars because the roads were full of potholes. Yo!
