I only stayed in Medellin long enough to visit a few sites but my main interest was in the Museo de Antioquia, filled with the works of Fernando Botero, the Colombian artist who now lives in New York. It was fabulous, as you can see by the sculptures outside. I wasn't allowed to take any photographs inside the museum which was totally too bad. It was fantastic and I spent hours wandering around. Rodin's Thinker was in there, along with other great works of art. It's a great city, modern and clean. I never felt threatened in Medellin but I didn't walk too far from my hotel room at night. I stayed near the museum at the Hotel Buena Vista.

I thought these were sculptures too until they moved.
