Puerto Quepos, Costa Rica

Some of the scary bridges I had to cross to get to Puerto Quepos.

There is the seawalk fronting Puerto Quepos where people come to walk and play chess, drink and throw up, and where fishing boats pass in and out of a small harbor. I stayed at the Miranda Hotel when I was here.

This area was only a short bus ride from Quepos and outside the Manuel Antonio Park. El Avion Restaurant outside Manuel Antonio Park and the view from the balcony out front is fabulous. The plane is a recovered US-CIA C-123 Fairchild Aircraft from the guerrilla war in Nicaragua.
